A wonderful find, this mid 19th century jewelled heart padlock which could become a pendant if used to fasten a chain, or added to a chain bracelet. The delightfully decoration includes a scrolled base upon the heart against which is contrasted the Etruscan inspired prettiness set with sweet rose cut Diamonds and a rich Ruby. Uniquely lovely, a super antique piece to add to any jewellery collection. 

Gilded in high carat Gold for added brightness, this beautiful piece is of 9ct yellow Gold. The body of the padlock measures 17mm across, and the lock opens and closes firmly.
